Q: What type of wax do you use?

A: All of our candles are made with a premium natural wax including Beewax and Soy wax as eco-friendly, clean-burning, and provides a smooth finish with an exceptional scent throw.

Q: Are your candles safe and non-toxic?
A: Yes! We use non-toxic, phthalate-free fragrance oils, lead-free cotton or wood wicks, and dyes that meet safety standards. Every batch is hand-poured and tested to ensure quality and safety.

Q: Why does my product look slightly different from another?
A: Each product is handmade in small batches, so slight variations are normal — that’s part of the handmade charm!

Q: How long should I burn my candle?

A: Each type of candle burn time varies due to size and type of wax which is included in descriptions.

Q: How do I care for my wick?
A: Always trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each burn to keep the flame steady and prevent soot buildup.

Q: What should I do if my candle starts to smoke or flicker?
A: Blow it out, trim the wick a bit shorter, and relight once the wax has cooled.

Q: Do you offer non-fragrant candle?

A: Yes! Please mention it in checkout and I will make candle unscented for you.

Q: How strong are your scents?
A: We craft each product for a balanced, long-lasting fragrance that fills a room without being overwhelming.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

A: Yes! If you’re local to Barrington, IL. Please select local pickup at checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange the details.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. I’ll be happy to replace or refund your order.

Q: can we order something which is out of stock?

A: Yes!  But not for all products. Just reach out through contact page or emailed me directly and you will be informed regarding time frame and either it is duo able or not. As all products are handmade, each product might be slightly different.

Q: Can I include a gift note with my order?
A: Yes! Add your message at checkout, and your note will be included with your gift.
